Which Devices Are Used in The Laboratory?
Our laboratory uses devices equipped with advanced technology to obtain the most accurate results needed for the diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of diseases. For the effective and correct use of these devices, two levels of internal quality control process are carried out on daily basis in addition to external quality control process at different periods of time. The works called Internal Quality Control are conducted every day by our experienced technical staff and controlled by our experts. As part of our quality requirements, our laboratory also regularly participates in INSTAND and RIQAS External Quality Programs. Within the framework of External Quality Program, our laboratory results are checked on a regular basis by studying coded blood and serum samples unknown to us.
Thanks to the data standardized in this way, our laboratory constitutes an important and reliable basis for the diagnosis and treatment at our hospital.
When Do the Lab Results Come Out?
Using standardized and advanced technology provides quickness with us as well as reliability. It is ensured that everyone applying to our laboratory (depending on the test parameters) receives their results on the same day and consults with their physician for discussing the results.
The completion time of the tests is reported on the result card given to patients when the samples are delivered to the laboratory. Also, the results can be tracked on our website with the File Number written on this card.
